Cancellation and Refund Policy
Below is an explanation of Classic Roads Retro-motorcycle Tours’ Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

Bookings:
Tour bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm your place. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins. In addition, a credit card deposit of €500 per motorbike is required; this will be refunded at the end of the tour provided the motorbike has not been damaged. In the event of damage, the cost will be assessed and any excess amount will be refunded.
Cancellations:
Cancellations for tours in Menorca only must be made at least four (4) days in advance. Cancellations for the Menorca & Mallorca group tour must be made at least 15 days in advance.
Refunds:
Classic Roads will refund 100% of the booking amount if the cancellation is notified within the minimum required notice period (4 days for private tours only in Menorca and 15 days for group tours in Menorca & Mallorca). If a cancellation is notified outside these timeframes, the booking amount will be forfeited (50% of the tour price).
Conditions:
Classic Roads reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour for weather, safety or logistical reasons. In the event of cancellation, we will offer the option of rescheduling the tour to an alternative date; if this is not possible, 100% of the tour price will be refunded, excluding any non-refundable accommodation fees paid in advance.
Classic Roads reserves the right to cancel the Menorca & Mallorca combined tour if a minimum of 3 participating riders (excluding companions) is not reached.
