Cancellation and Refund Policy

Below is an explanation of Classic Roads Retro-motorcycle Tours’ Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

1. Bookings

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a tour booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.

In addition, a security deposit of €500 per motorbike will be held on a credit card before the tour starts. This deposit is intended as a partial guarantee against damage, loss, or costs arising in connection with the motorbike during the tour.

If no damage or loss occurs, the security deposit will be released or refunded at the end of the tour.

If the motorbike is damaged, lost, stolen, destroyed, submerged, not recoverable, or requires recovery, transport, storage, repair, replacement, expert assessment, or any other related intervention, Classic Roads may retain all or part of the security deposit and apply it toward the corresponding costs.

If the total cost of the damage or loss exceeds €500, the customer shall remain fully responsible for paying the difference.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

For private tours in Menorca only, cancellations must be made at least 4 days in advance.

For the Menorca & Mallorca group tour, cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance.

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email or WhatsApp and will be considered effective from the date on which they are received by Classic Roads.

3. Refunds

If the customer cancels within the applicable notice period, Classic Roads will refund the full booking deposit paid.

If the customer cancels outside the applicable notice period, the booking deposit will be non-refundable.

4. Changes or Cancellations by Classic Roads

Classic Roads reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour for reasons including weather, safety, operational, or logistical circumstances.

If Classic Roads cancels a tour, customers will be offered the option to reschedule to another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, Classic Roads will refund 100% of the amount paid for the tour.

Any non-refundable accommodation costs or other third-party expenses paid in advance are excluded from the refund unless otherwise stated.

5. Minimum Participants for Group Tours

Classic Roads reserves the right to cancel the Menorca & Mallorca combined tour if a minimum of 3 participating riders (excluding companions) is not reached.
